1. Why we verify
We verify identity and age to keep users safe, meet legal/AML requirements, and protect payments.
2. What we ask for
- Identity: government photo ID (passport, national ID, or driving licence).
- Address: recent utility bill, bank statement, or government letter (dated within 3 months).
- Payment ownership: masked card photo (showing name and last 4 digits), wallet screenshot, or proof of bank account.
3. How to submit
Upload documents in the secure verification portal or via instructions provided by support. Submit clear, unedited images; crop only to remove excess background.
4. Processing times
Most reviews complete within 24–48 hours once we receive all documents. We will notify you if we need anything else.
5. Security & retention
Documents are encrypted in transit and at rest, accessed only by authorized staff, and retained as required by law before secure deletion.
6. Help
